riverside retreat
really good organization kind coordinator helpful service
i had my wedding here and the organization was really good. amy, the wedding coordinator, impressed me with her kindness. every staff member greeted us by name when we visited beforehand. we received helpful service s and everyone seemed happy to be there.
the garden was inaccessible due to a wedding event, but i was not informed of this beforehand.

the hotel sits gracefully on the river thames banks. i saw beautiful , manicured gardens and lovely views , perfect for weddings and special occasions. i noticed the environment provides a picturesque backdrop.

Excellent Riverhouse Experience
ample space comfortable room tasty breakfast good drinks
I find ample space, inside and out, at this location, it created a relaxing stay. I stayed in a River Room. It was comfortable and clean. Breakfasts offered a fab selection of tasty options. The restaurant and drinks were good day and night.
One slight issue I found was the WiFi. The signal looked weak in some areas of the building. I had some difficulty connecting at times.

My River Room had an amazing view of the Thames. It included a very comfortable bed and lovely toiletries. The room was well maintained, clean, and well-equipped.

The location is near the riverside. I had easy access to walk along the river. Richmond Park and Ham House are also within walking distance, this makes the location really good.

I observed that the staff are friendly, cute, and accommodating. Every member of staff seemed to enjoy working here. James on reception was very friendly, providing useful information.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. i liked the garden that extends down to the river. also, the balcony was wonderful.
the lighting in the room could use some improvement.

Breakfast was excellent and included healthy options like green juice and smoothies. The bar had a fun atmosphere in the evening, and their negroni was AMAZING!!!

The hotel is located right on the thames. It was a short walk to the town centre, and i enjoyed a lovely walk along the river to ham house. Parking was easy too.
